FPS Increaser Empty FPS Increaser

Ved showed me this, but since he hasn't made a topic about it I will.

Here is an FPS Increaser. I use to get 70 FPS turning frame limiter off, and now I get 160+.But don't use this when you are playing A/D because you won't be able to move when you aim. All you do, is download, Run it, and start up your SA-MP or single-player and it will patch it.
