I don't think that the Applicants are getting the point.

- YOU MUST USE THE APPLICATION FORM and not copy other applications
- WHY GIVE THE SAME ANSWERS AS THE OTHER APPLICANTS??? To me that only prove that you can't think for yourselves

This is serious and not some joke. So change your applications if want to ear answers.
